Decorative concrete for patios, driveways, walkways, and pool decks. The look of stone or wood without the weeds, shifting, or annual re-leveling.
| Single-color, single-pattern | $12–$16 / sq ft |
| Multi-color stamped | $15–$20 / sq ft |
| Custom or border-detailed | $18–$25 / sq ft |
| Exposed aggregate | $8–$12 / sq ft |
| Re-seal (existing stamped) | $1.50–$3 / sq ft |

Continuous slab. Unlike pavers, there are no joints for weeds to grow through and no individual stones to settle unevenly over a clay-soil season.
Modern integral colors and UV-stable sealers don't fade like surface stains used to. With proper re-sealing every 2–3 years, color stays true.
Higher up-front than broom finish, lower lifetime cost than pavers. No annual re-leveling, no joint sand refills, no weed killer.
Stamped concrete vs. pavers: which is right for your project? →
Pflugerville sun is brutal from May through September. Color choice changes how comfortable a stamped surface is in summer:
We bring physical samples to the estimate — colors look different in your specific lighting than they do on a website.
Stamped concrete is "lower maintenance" — not "no maintenance." Sealer needs to be re-applied every 2–3 years to keep color bright and dirt out of the texture. The work itself takes a day and we offer it as a flat-fee re-seal.
If you'd rather pour and forget, ask us about exposed aggregate or broom-finish with integral color — both are stamped-adjacent finishes that don't require re-sealing.
"Slate stamp in a mid-tone buff for our patio. Matched our flagstone walkway perfectly. Two years in, still looks fresh."
"Stamped driveway and walkway in Stone Hill. Bone color so it doesn't bake. Cleaner look than the pavers our neighbor put in, and no weeds."
"They warned us a dark color would be too hot for the pool deck and steered us to a light flagstone. Glad they pushed back."
$12–$20 per sq ft for single-color, single-pattern. Custom or border-detailed work: up to $25 per sq ft. A 12x16 stamped patio: $2,300–$4,800.
The slab: 50+ years. Visible color and pattern: 25–30 years with re-sealing every 2–3 years. Skip re-sealing and the color fades; the slab is still fine.
Yes, all concrete does in Texas. Lighter colors and integral color (vs. surface stain) run cooler. We recommend bone, sand, or light tan for pool decks and bare-foot patios.
Stamped is lower-maintenance and won't shift. Pavers can be individually replaced but require ongoing weed control and re-leveling. Full comparison →
Yes, with a stampable overlay if the slab is structurally sound. We assess the base concrete first — if it's cracked or unstable, an overlay won't fix it.
Like any concrete, yes — at the control joints we cut, where it's designed to crack. Random cracking is rare with proper sub-base prep and joint spacing. If a stamped joint shows, we can color-match a re-seal to minimize the visual.
